Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job in both the rental we were moving out of & our new home we moved into. He vacuumed the edges to get any dust accumulated which no other carpet cleaning company I've hired has ever done, as well as "racked" the carpet afterwards so no obvious marks were left from the machine. Left a clean, fresh smell & the carpets were dry so quickly!

Bayden Nielson was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Our carpets look clean and new - and the price was very reasonable. As an added bonus, Bayden noticed my daughter and I struggling while loading a van with oversized furniture - and came to the rescue! His help is much appreciated.

When I called to make the appointment, the gal could not have been nicer. When the fella came to do the cleaning, he was very prompt. Did a great job. We had a stain that came out better than we expected.

I had a tenant that I think never vacuumed or shampooed. Her dog left a distinct smell and stains. They made it look and smell brand new! They did a whole house carpet cleaning with pet treatment on a same day short notice call. They were there within an hour and out in four. Outstanding service!!

I would recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning in a heartbeat. I am so pleased with the level of service and professionalism. We have a carpeted common area of a four plex with 15 carpeted stairs, and it was pretty dirty and stained. I requested quotes from many different carpet cleaners from Angie's List, and Heaven's Best was the only one that responded, and they responded quickly. I booked their service, they were on time and did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable, and I was promptly emailed an invoice. Over the next couple of days, a couple of the big stains started reappearing. I contacted Heaven's Best, they came back out and worked on those stains at no extra charge because they guarantee their work. The carpet looks great, and I was told if any stains come back to contact them again. I've used other carpet cleaners over the years, and not one comes even close to this level and value of service. They really are the best!

Bayden went over and above to make sure my carpets were cleaned of all stains. He is great!
