I was 13 years old when I first visited Alaska and fell in love with the beauty, the wildness, the lifestyle, and the people. Little did I know that I would one day make my home here.
After graduating with a degree in Aviation from Utah State University, I returned to Alaska to fly. I quickly realized that the schedule and life of a professional pilot was not for me because I wanted more time with my family. During college, I had worked with my father in his Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning franchise and the life of an entrepreneur appealed to me.
After doing some research on the carpet cleaning industry in Alaska, I found that the weather extremes created an incredible need for low-moisture carpet cleaning. In the damp summertime, many homes could benefit from a cleaning system that used less water. In the winter, Heaven's Best hose-free cleaning system means less heat-loss during the process. I already had experience with the cleaning system, loved the formulation of the cleaning products, and the results that could be achieved with them.

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job in both the rental we were moving out of & our new home we moved into. He vacuumed the edges to get any dust accumulated which no other carpet cleaning company I've hired has ever done, as well as "racked" the carpet afterwards so no obvious marks were left from the machine. Left a clean, fresh smell & the carpets were dry so quickly!

When I called to make the appointment, the gal could not have been nicer. When the fella came to do the cleaning, he was very prompt. Did a great job. We had a stain that came out better than we expected.
